How does the kitchen renovation process work?

  1.  We make a time that suits you to measure, discuss & design your new kitchen. This maybe at our showroom or we can visit you at home.
  2. We then promptly provide a detailed quote and answer any questions you may have at this time. (Now is a good time to shop for appliances, sinks, taps & tiles if you haven’t already done so)
  3. Once you decide to proceed we sit down again and decide on all the finer details, (colours, finishes & benchtops etc). We then provide you with detailed plans & 3D drawings which are explained to you in detail.
  4. Once you are happy with all details. Both parties sign a HIA certified contract so both parties are clear on what is being agreed upon. A deposit is then taken to confirm your installation date and time frames.
Appliance specifications must be made available to us at this time so we can promptly start manufacturing your kitchen. Any delay if providing these may cause delay in manufacturing time.
  5. We keep in constant contact with you to ensure the whole process runs smoothly. On installation day we deliver your cabinets already assembled & ask for you to please provide a clear path to the kitchen (lock up pets and ensure no one enters the work site during construction), electricians & plumbers disconnect your appliances & sinks. (old kitchen cabinets are removed if need be) new cabinets are then installed, handles go on and cabinets and work areas are then cleaned, stone benchtop templates are then taken by our stone mason and manufacture of your benchtops can then commence this can take between 5-10 workings days.If laminate bench tops are chosen these are installed on the same day as cabinets. Once your benchtops are in place the electrician and plumber then return and reconnect everything back up. At this stage splashbacks, plastering, painting & new floor coverings can be installed if need be.
