What things should you look for when comparing kitchen quotes?

 

 

• What board material is being used? Laminate, MDF, HMR or MR whiteboard, if choosing
• 2pac painted cabinets enquire as to who exactly paints the cabinets and what finish will you be getting?
• What brand hinges and drawer runners? and what warranty is offered on those?

• Where are the cabinets manufactured and what warranty is offered?
• Is Qld home warranty insurance included or do I have to pay for that extra?
• Is assembly, delivery and installation included or have you been quoted for a flat pack?
• What about sink, tap, bin and cutlery tray?
• What other trades are included?
• What type and quality of handles are included?
• What about kick panels and bulk heads to the ceiling?
• Are benchtops included and what is the material & thickness?
• Is removal of our old kitchen included and if so does that include disposal?
• Will you be provided with detailed plans & 3D drawings?

These are just some of the comparisons that should be made when comparing kitchen quotes.
